This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and disputes are handled for services provided by DJITT LTD (“DJITT”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. Services

DJITT primarily provides business-to-business technology, consulting, AI, automation and digital transformation services. Because services may involve time, preparation, configuration, development and third-party costs, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service purchased. Where a proposal, statement of work or service agreement contains specific cancellation or refund terms, those terms will take precedence.

2. Consulting and Strategy Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consulting or strategy session, please contact DJITT as soon as possible. Where reasonable notice is provided, DJITT may offer an alternative appointment. If insufficient notice is provided or the Client does not attend the scheduled session, the session fee may be retained to cover reserved time and preparation.

3. Audits and Assessments

Where DJITT has begun work on an audit, assessment or strategy engagement, fees may not be refundable for work already performed. If the engagement has not yet started, DJITT may consider a refund or cancellation depending on the circumstances and any agreed engagement terms.

4. Implementation Projects

Implementation projects may require planning, configuration, development and allocation of resources. If a Client cancels an implementation project after work has begun, the Client may remain responsible for:

Any remaining balance or refund will be determined according to the applicable proposal or statement of work.

5. Recurring Services

For recurring services, the applicable agreement will specify the required cancellation notice. Cancellation will normally prevent future recurring charges after the applicable notice period. Fees relating to services already provided or the current billing period are generally not refundable unless otherwise agreed.

6. Third-Party Services

Where DJITT has purchased or committed to third-party services on behalf of a Client, refunds will be subject to the relevant third party’s terms. DJITT cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will issue a refund.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, DJITT will normally process it using the original payment method where technically possible. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. The timing of the refund reaching the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

8. Disputes

If you believe a payment has been made incorrectly or you have a concern about a service, please contact DJITT before initiating a payment dispute where possible. We will review the issue and attempt to resolve it promptly. Nothing in this section limits any legal rights available to you.
